100 days of free return
If you want to return your goods, you are always welcome to do so within 100 days. This means that PartyVikings offers an extended right of return. Therefore, you have 86 days to inform us that you want to return some products. Afterwards, you have 14 days to send the package from your adress. Simply, send us an email to info@partyvikings.co.uk. In the e-mail, you must inform us about your order number and describe which items you want to return, by means of our return form, attached to your order confirmation. Herafter, you are welcome to exchange your products.
The right of cancellation involves so that you have 14 days to inform us that you have changed your mind about your purchase. This you do via info@partyvikings.co.uk. Herafter, you have another 14 days to send your packace to our adress.
If you want to cancel your order the same day as ordered, then you have to know that there is a possobility that this is not an option. This is when your order has already been processed. If you still want to cancel you order, we recommend you to call us on 203 868 9610 as the deadline per mail is up to 24 hours.
Reservation
If a product is returned and does not appear in the same condition as upon receipt, an amount equal to the reduced value of the item is refunded.
