Returns
When returning a package, you must send the package back to PartyVikings as soon as possible – within 14 days of regretting the purchase! If the package hasn't been shipped after 14 days from your regrettting, the right of return lapses. You will cover the return price. You are also responsible for the package from the moment you receive it until it is back at our warehouse. If you return the package without the original wrapping your refund can be limited. If you want to be sure to receive a full refund, please return all as it was originally packed.

You can regret your purchase, even though it has been used. A product is only used if you have tried it out more than you would at a physical store. If the product is used a precise control check is needed for reassessing a price for resale. A possible depreciation will result in a deduction of your repayment.
If you receive a wrong or broken product and want a return, we will send you a return label which you have to attach to the package. In case you want to use a different return method than the cheapest standard return offered at PartyVikings you will have to pay the differential amount.
PartyVikings does not accept packages sent per COD (Cash-on-delivery) to a private address or a package store. A return is also possible by refusing to accept the package upon arrival or by making an appointment with us for delivering it personally at our warehouse.
We can withhold your refund until we have received the return package unless you can document having returned the package. You can also regret your purchase by clearly letting us know and returning it personally on the address listed above.
