    WHERE IS MY DELIVERY?

    If you order before 4pm, you will receive an SMS from UPS as soon as they have received the order from our warehouse. You will also receive a tracking link from PartyVikings so you can track your order. You will usually receive this information after 4pm

    When delivering parcels, delays can occur as UPS delivers with moving transport. There may be traffic, accidents, error scans, etc. which may cause delays.

    If you have not yet received an SMS from UPS or an E-mail from PartyVikings within 2 business days, you are welcome to write to info@partyvikings.co.uk. Remember to write what order the inquiry is about and what the problem is, and we will try to help you.

  • CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

    Yes, you most certainly can. As soon as the package has been picked up by UPS, you will receive an SMS from UPS and an E-mail from PartyVikings with a tracking number. You can use this parcel number to track your parcel at UPS website

    See if you have received more tracking links from UPS. Often, certain items are shipped for themselves. This applies, for example, to our Viking Beer Bong 100 cm, as these are sent separately in a tube. Packages cannot be assembled into one as this is in violation of UPS rules.

    There may be parts of your delivery that are temporarily out of stock, so these items will be shipped first. If this is the case, we will send an email stating that a product has been delayed. Check your spam filter for this email if you have not received it in your inbox.

    If you have not received an additional tracking link or an email about delayed goods, please contact PartyVikings at info@partyvikings.co.uk and we will look into the matter and find a solution.

    If you wish to use your return policy, you are welcome to return your item if it appears in the same condition as you received it. That is, it must not be used.

    To return your item, send PartyVikings an email at info@partyvikings.co.uk stating your order number and which items you want to return.

    If you wish to request a return label from us, this must be stated in your e-mail. A fee equal to the size of the package will be charged.

    As soon as we receive the receipt for your payment, we will send you a return label by mail which you can attach to your package and then send it to your nearest UPS parcel shop.

    If you want to use your own package label, this can be obtained in a package store. The package must be sent to the following address:

    IMPORTANT!:

    The package must clearly state the order number of the returned item. This can be done by using our withdrawal form.

    If you have received a defect item, send an email to info@partyvikings.co.uk. Here it should be clearly stated:

        • What order number it is about?
        • Which item is defective?
        • What's wrong with the item?
        • Pictures of all packaging that the item came in, UPS label as well as the defective item.

    As soon as we receive your mail, we will look into whether there is a transport damage or a defect. If the defect is the result of incorrect use, we will not replace the item.

    If your order has not yet been shipped, we may sometimes be able to cancel it. Unfortunately, if it's already shipped, we won't be able to cancel it, but feel free to return the unwanted item.

    Unfortunately, PartyVikings are unable to edit the stated delivery address. However, if you have chosen delivery to the parcel shop, this does not matter, as your own address is not relevant to this.

    If you have chosen private delivery, you can try to contact UPS to inform them.

    When your parcel is delivered to the selected parcel shop, you have 10 days to pick up the parcel. If you fail to pick it up, the package automatically returns to us.

    If you would like a re-delivery of your package, you can send PartyVikings an email at info@partyvikings.co.uk. Re-delivery costs £8.90 in shipping.

    If you find the purchased product cheaper elsewhere, PartyVikings will match prices within 30 days. However, for this to apply, the following rules apply:

        • The price may not be conditional on a membership or subscription.
        • There must be no opening offers, limited number of offers or queues.
        • You must provide documentation of the price of the item, the webshop or store in question and the date of the applicable price.
        • The item must be in stock at a store or webshop.

    PartyVikings will withdraw the money for your order after it is picked up by UPS.

    In the case of YOUR DESIGN Beer pong table or Beer pong trophy, we withdraw the amount on purchase as a deposit.

  • WHY ARE YOU RESERVING AN AMOUNT ON MY BANK ACCOUNT?

    Often NETS will reserve an amount in your account, corresponding to the size of the purchase. This is done to guarantee payment.

    If you cancel your order, a booking in the amount of the purchase may occur, for up to 30 days. PartyVikings cannot cancel this reservation as it is NETS who does this.

  • WHEN IS THE MONEY REFUNDED FOR MY RETURNS?

    As soon as PartyVikings receive the returned goods and check their condition, we will refund the money to your account. It can take 3-4 business days before the amount can be seen in your account. The returned amount corresponds to the value of the goods or agreed return amount. If you have any questions about the returned amount, you are welcome to contact us at info@partyvikings.co.uk.

    Our item YOUR DESIGN Beer Pong table gives you the opportunity to design your very own beer pong table.

    Once you have placed the order, download the template file and design accordingly.

    Please note that the file you submit to PartyVikings will be exactly what will be printed. Therefore, be sure to remove the dotted lines and numbers if you do not want them. These are listed only to show where cups usually stand, dimensions on the table, etc.

    If you want cups to be marked, remember to draw these marks on the sent file.

    Once you have done this, you can send your order number and attach the image of your desired design to info@partyvikings.co.uk.

    If PartyVikings is to help design your table, a fee corresponding to the scope of the assignment will be imposed.

    In principle, the delivery lasts 4 weeks from the day the design is received by PartyVikings and the order is completed and paid. However, this may vary as delays may occur due to shipping, production or similar issues.
