SHIPPING
SAME-DAY DISPATCH
If you place your order before 4:00 PM (UK time) on weekdays, PartyVikings will dispatch it the same day, with delivery expected within 3–5 business days. GLS has a delivery reliability rate of over 99.2%. You can choose delivery to a parcel shop, business address, or home address.
Please note: This level of delivery reliability assumes no unexpected events or delays. If your parcel is delayed, GLS will notify you with a new estimated delivery date.
SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING
At PartyVikings, we care deeply about the environment and sustainability. We have consciously chosen to use recyclable cardboard boxes for all orders and use minimal plastic in our packaging process. PartyVikings is a CO₂-neutral webshop. For example, we actively support wind turbine projects. This is a deliberate step we’ve taken to do our part in protecting the planet.
ORDER PROCESS
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once the order has been packed, you’ll receive another email with your invoice, followed by a tracking email so you can follow your delivery.
PARCEL SHOP DELIVERY
When your parcel is delivered to a GLS parcel shop, you will receive both an SMS and an email. To collect your parcel, you must bring:
- Your parcel number
- The recipient’s name
- A valid photo ID
If someone else is collecting the parcel for you, they must bring their own ID, the parcel number, and the recipient’s name.
HOME DELIVERY
When you choose home delivery, you will receive an email from GLS in the evening around 6:00–7:00 PM (UK time) notifying you that the parcel has arrived at the local depot.
You will be asked to confirm the following:
- Will you be home to receive the parcel tomorrow?
- If not, can GLS leave the parcel at your address at your own risk?
- If not, should GLS deliver the parcel to the nearest parcel shop?
If you choose standard home delivery and allow the parcel to be left at your address, you will not receive a notification once it has been delivered.
BUSINESS DELIVERY
For business deliveries, no delivery notification will be sent. Parcels are typically left at reception unless other arrangements have been made with GLS at your location.
BACKORDERS
Occasionally, certain products may be out of stock. This will be clearly indicated on the webshop, along with an estimated delivery time.
If you missed this notice during checkout, we will send you an email letting you know that your item is out of stock. This will also be stated on your invoice.
