RETURN/COMPLAINTS

RETURN POLICY

At PartyVikings, we offer an extended return period of 100 days. This means you have 86 days to notify us of your intention to return your order, followed by 14 days to send it back.

To use the extended return option, please send an email to info@partyvikings.co.uk including our standard withdrawal form, which you can find here. Clearly state in the email that you wish to use the extended return option.

You cannot return an item simply by refusing delivery without informing us. Once the returned order is received at our warehouse, we can exchange your product for something else if you wish.

 

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

If you wish to return your order, please email us at info@partyvikings.co.uk, including your order number and a list of items you want to return. When sending goods back to us, please note:

 

  • Items must be shipped within 14 days of cancelling your order.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • You carry the risk of the return shipment until we receive the item.
  • If the item is returned without original packaging, a partial refund may apply.
  • To receive a full refund, return the item in the same condition you received it.
  • If the item has been used beyond a standard trial (e.g., in a physical store), a value deduction may occur.
  • If you refuse delivery, the parcel will return to us automatically (but please still contact us).
  • We withhold refunds until the item has arrived at our warehouse.
  • You can also return the item in person at our physical address (see below).

RETURN LABEL

If you would like us to provide a return label, please follow these steps:

 

  • Send an email to info@partyvikings.co.uk explaining why you need a return label and include your order number.
  • The price for a return label is between £12 and £18, depending on the size/weight of your return, and will be agreed via email.
  • We will send you a payment link by email to complete the purchase of the return label.
  • After payment, please email us your payment receipt at info@partyvikings.co.uk.
  • If your order includes a packing error or has been damaged during delivery, we will cover the cost of the return label.

 

COMPLAINTS

To file a complaint about a product or delivery issue, send an email to info@partyvikings.co.uk with:

  • A description of the issue and reason for return
  • Your order number
  • Photos of all 6 sides of the parcel box
  • Photos of all items in the box
  • Photos of any damaged products
  • Photos of all internal packaging (paper, bubble wrap, cardboard, etc.)
  • A photo of the box with the GLS label clearly showing the tracking number

We will respond with how your claim will be handled.
