Smoothing folded banners
If your banner is folded upon receipt due to the way it is packaged, we have the following advice for getting it smooth again:
- Use an iron on a low heat with a damp cloth underneath, and gently iron to smooth out the folds. Avoid using too high heat.
- Warm the banner with a hairdryer, and then smooth out the banner. You can beneficially place it under some heavy items to flatten the folds. Also avoid too high heat here.

Returns
We offer an extended return period of 100 days. You have 86 days to notify us that you wish to use this return option and a further 14 days to return the parcel. Please email info@partyvikings.co.uk with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
For complaints, email info@partyvikings.co.uk. Include a description of the issue, the order number, and photos of damaged items. For shipping damage, please also include photos of the box’s sides and the GLS label.
