- Complete your order with the number of tables you desire
- If possible, please select a business address for delivery
- Send YOUR DESIGN in PDF format to info@partyvikings.dk and include your order number
- You can choose either a 10 working days delivery time or 4-6 months.
- For the 4-6 months option, the expected delivery date can be provided by contacting info@partyvikings.dk

We give you the chance to create your very own Beer Pong Table, where only your imagination limits what you can come up with. Are you looking to surprise a friend on their birthday, wanting a table featuring their face? Or do you simply want a table with a specific theme? The possibilities are endless, and one thing is for sure: This table can be proudly displayed anywhere!
*There is no right of return on this product, as it will be produced as a Beer Pong Table with a custom ID. There is, of course, a full warranty, and the quality must be absolutely right.
Shipping
Order before 5:00 PM on weekdays for climate‑compensated delivery within 1–3 working days via GLS. We dispatch your order the same day if ordered before 5:00 PM on weekdays. Delivery options: parcel shop, business address, or home delivery — the choice is yours!
We prioritise sustainability by using reusable cardboard boxes and minimal plastic. PartyVikings is a CO₂-neutral webshop and supports wind‑power projects.
After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation followed by an invoice and a tracking link for your parcel.
Returns
We offer an extended return period of 100 days. You have 86 days to notify us that you wish to use this return option and a further 14 days to return the parcel. Please email info@partyvikings.co.uk with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
For complaints, email info@partyvikings.co.uk. Include a description of the issue, the order number, and photos of damaged items. For shipping damage, please also include photos of the box’s sides and the GLS label.
