The cups are approved for and can even withstand machine washing at a maximum of 65 degrees up to 20 times, but the print may fade with machine washing.

- NOTE: The attached template can be used to show the area that can be printed on. The guide lines are to show where the centre of the front and back are. The design size can be a maximum of 75x230 mm.
*There is no return policy on this product, as it will be produced as a cup with a custom ID. Of course, there is full warranty, and the quality must be absolutely correct.

Order before 5:00 PM on weekdays for climate‑compensated delivery within 1–3 working days via GLS. We dispatch your order the same day if ordered before 5:00 PM on weekdays. Delivery options: parcel shop, business address, or home delivery — the choice is yours!

After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation followed by an invoice and a tracking link for your parcel.
Returns
We offer an extended return period of 100 days. You have 86 days to notify us that you wish to use this return option and a further 14 days to return the parcel. Please email info@partyvikings.co.uk with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
For complaints, email info@partyvikings.co.uk. Include a description of the issue, the order number, and photos of damaged items. For shipping damage, please also include photos of the box’s sides and the GLS label.
