If your banner is folded upon receipt due to the way it is packed, we have the following advice to get it smoothed out again:
- Use an iron on low heat with a damp cloth underneath, and gently iron to smooth out the folds. Avoid using too high heat.
- Warm the banner with a hairdryer and then smooth it out. You can advantageously place it under some heavy items to smooth out the folds. Also avoid too high heat here.

Returns

For complaints, email info@partyvikings.co.uk. Include a description of the issue, the order number, and photos of damaged items. For shipping damage, please also include photos of the box’s sides and the GLS label.
