Smoothing folded banners

If your banner is folded upon receipt as a result of how it is packed, we have the following advice to get it smoothed out again:

1. Use an iron on low heat with a damp cloth underneath, and gently iron to smooth out the folds. Avoid using too high heat.
2. Warm the banner with a hairdryer, and then smooth it out. You can advantageously place it under some heavy items to smooth out the folds. Avoid high heat here as well.
