Dry ice is brilliant for garden parties, where drinks can only be properly cooled with dry ice when the summer heat really kicks in. Plus, dry ice is just plain cool!
We send dry ice in 15 and 20 kg foam boxes. So if you order 20 kg, we will send 20 kg, as there physically cannot be more. Under recommended accessories, you can choose to add more dry ice, where it gets cheaper per kg the more you buy. Please note that dry ice cannot be returned if you wish to cancel your order.
For the best possible dry ice fog effect, we recommend 1 part dry ice to 2 parts lukewarm water. This way, you provide the dry ice with optimal conditions to create that cool smoke effect. Â
IMPORTANT
- Must NOT be eaten or have direct skin contact, use gloves
- Cannot be picked up from our warehouse, as it is sent from an external supplier
- Store dry ice in PartyVikings foam boxes and preferably in cool areas to reduce the evaporation process
- Never place dry ice in an airtight container (bottles, etc.) as it may cause expansion hazards
- Should only be used where there is reasonable ventilation
- Keep out of reach of children
- Dry ice is delivered independently by Danske Fragtmænd between 10:00 and 17:00.Â
Shipping
Order before 5:00 PM on weekdays for climate‑compensated delivery within 1–3 working days via GLS. We dispatch your order the same day if ordered before 5:00 PM on weekdays. Delivery options: parcel shop, business address, or home delivery — the choice is yours!
We prioritise sustainability by using reusable cardboard boxes and minimal plastic. PartyVikings is a CO₂-neutral webshop and supports wind‑power projects.
After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation followed by an invoice and a tracking link for your parcel.
Returns
We offer an extended return period of 100 days. You have 86 days to notify us that you wish to use this return option and a further 14 days to return the parcel. Please email info@partyvikings.co.uk with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
For complaints, email info@partyvikings.co.uk. Include a description of the issue, the order number, and photos of damaged items. For shipping damage, please also include photos of the box’s sides and the GLS label.
