How to smooth out folded banners:
If your banner is folded upon receipt due to the way it was packed, we have the following tips to help you smooth it out again:
- Use an iron on a low heat with a damp cloth underneath, and gently iron to smooth out the folds. Avoid using too high heat.
- Warm the banner with a hairdryer, and then flatten it out. You can also place it under some heavy objects to help smooth out the folds. Again, avoid too high heat.

Returns
We offer an extended return period of 100 days. You have 86 days to notify us that you wish to use this return option and a further 14 days to return the parcel. Please email info@partyvikings.co.uk with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
For complaints, email info@partyvikings.co.uk. Include a description of the issue, the order number, and photos of damaged items. For shipping damage, please also include photos of the box’s sides and the GLS label.
