Flattening folded banners
If your banner is folded upon receipt due to the way it is packed, we have the following advice to help flatten it again:
- Use an iron on a low heat with a damp cloth underneath, and gently iron to flatten the folds. Avoid using too high heat.
- Warm the banner with a hairdryer, and then flatten the banner. You can benefit from placing it under heavy items to help flatten the folds. Again, avoid too high heat.

Order before 5:00 PM on weekdays for climate‑compensated delivery within 1–3 working days via GLS. We dispatch your order the same day if ordered before 5:00 PM on weekdays. Delivery options: parcel shop, business address, or home delivery — the choice is yours!

After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation followed by an invoice and a tracking link for your parcel.
Returns
We offer an extended return period of 100 days. You have 86 days to notify us that you wish to use this return option and a further 14 days to return the parcel. Please email info@partyvikings.co.uk with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
For complaints, email info@partyvikings.co.uk. Include a description of the issue, the order number, and photos of damaged items. For shipping damage, please also include photos of the box’s sides and the GLS label.
