Order before 4:00 PM on weekdays for climate‑compensated delivery within 1–3 working days via GLS. We dispatch your order the same day if ordered before 4:00 PM on weekdays. Delivery options: parcel shop, business address, or home delivery — the choice is yours!

Returns
We offer an extended return period of 100 days. You have 86 days to notify us that you wish to use this return option and a further 14 days to return the parcel. Please email info@partyvikings.co.uk with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
For complaints, email info@partyvikings.co.uk. Include a description of the issue, the order number, and photos of damaged items. For shipping damage, please also include photos of the box’s sides and the GLS label.
