Smoothing folded banners
If your banner is folded upon receipt as a result of the way it is packed, we have the following advice to get it smoothed out again:
- Use an iron on low heat with a damp cloth underneath, and gently iron to smooth out the folds. Avoid using too high heat.
- Warm the banner with a hairdryer, and then smooth it out. You can benefit from placing it under some heavy objects to smooth out the folds. Avoid too high heat here as well.

Returns
We offer an extended return period of 100 days. You have 86 days to notify us that you wish to use this return option and a further 14 days to return the parcel. Please email info@partyvikings.co.uk with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
For complaints, email info@partyvikings.co.uk. Include a description of the issue, the order number, and photos of damaged items. For shipping damage, please also include photos of the box’s sides and the GLS label.
